About The Artwork
The Ring Necked Parakeets that inspired this collection, having a quiet word while resting on a chair found at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. The chair was made by Jean-Baptiste Tilliard in the early 1700s. The wallpaper is inspired by fabric manufactured by Thierry Mieg & Cie and held in the Musée de l’Impression sur Etoffes, Mulhouse.
